In Ashen Wilds, Sea of Thieves players will go up against Captain Flameheart’s skeletal captains as he has apparently amassed the Tomes, Jewels, and other ritual ingredients needed to raise his most loyal followers. These followers are known as the Ashen Lords and are rather fiery foes as they can exhale fire, and hurl burning rocks. An Ashen Lord can also burst into flames when using its gifts, so don’t get too close....

Doom Eternal, like the 2016 reboot, is not shy about re-imagining classic characters, locations and enemies. The demons in Doom games help give each entry character. When developing Doom Eternal, id Software had a huge library of demonic creations to call upon, and the creative license to create even more original designs. That’s if SEGA’s comment regarding a PC version of Lost Judgment is anything to go by. Speaking in an email with PC Gamer, a SEGA spokesperson confirmed that the recently announced game is not coming to PC anytime soon. “The game is being announced for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One,” said the representative. “SEGA has no plans to bring Lost Judgment to PC at this time....

Google announced today during its Stadia Connect that Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order would arrive on the service this year. Four other EA titles, which include FIFA and Madden NFL, will also arrive on the streaming game service. Release dates were not provided, but they are all coming this year. The Stadia Connect is still ongoing so we will update this post if more information becomes available, and provide additional news out of the stream....

These versions of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order were rated by the German USK games rating board (thanks, Gematsu). This would mean the game would be a native next-gen version of the game. An update that optimized the game for the new consoles was released earlier this year, as the game is backwards compatible for both consoles. The update increased the framerate to 60 FPS, increased postprocessing, and upped dynamic resolution....

Stardew Valley patch 1.5.4 is now available and fixes some lingering issues from the 1.5 updates released in December. It also makes slight adjustments to the game. ConcernedApe said in a blog post that this will hopefully be the last bug fix patch necessary for 1.5. Pavel Djundik, the developer behind the all-knowing Seam cataloguing site, Steam Database, has dug up a few curious code strings for what looks to be new reactions/ratings for Steam user reviews. It seems users will be able to give reviews more elaborate ratings beyond the current “Yes, No, and Funny” reactions. These reactions include “Deep Thoughts, Heartwarming, Hilarious, Hot Take, Poetry, and Helpful.” More interestingly, Valve also appears to be working on a loyalty rewards system for Steam users....
