Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been updated to version 1.1.2 and it fixes some issues and makes adjustments to improve the gameplay experience. One of the biggest takeaways is the issue where an animal you invited to move from another island doesn’t move. When this occurred, left the plot of land allocated for them to move to sold and unoccupied. After the update is applied, you will find the sold plot of land will be available, and the animal will be able to move there again....

The event will see the return of the LTM Flashpoint. In it, healing items are removed from the loot pool and replaced by large “Flashpoint Zones,” which heal all Legends inside them. You will also be able to enjoy Unshackled Themed Cosmetics. Starting next week, the Chaos Theory Collection Event will kick off in Apex Legends and brings with it a raft of changes as well as the release of the game on Switch. Demon’s Souls remake developer Bluepoint put out the game’s biggest patch yet this week. Coming in at over 7.5GB, the update strangely did not come with an official list of patch notes. Blizzard and NetEase have had a licensing agreement since 2008, which covers the publication of Blizzard titles in China. The reason the two companies are kind of parting ways, is due to the two being able to reach a deal to renew the agreements “that is consistent with Blizzard’s operating principles and commitments to players and employees....

While new content will no longer be produced for StarCraft 2, Blizzard will continue to support the game in the same manner as with previous longstanding games. The team will switch to primarily focusing on what “core and competitive communities care about most,” (thanks MassivelyOP). “What this means is that we’re not going to be producing additional for-purchase content, such as Commanders and War Chests, but we will continue doing season rolls and necessary balance fixes moving forward,” reads the open letter to the community....

Blizzard, which said last month that it was too early to tell whether Blizzcon 2020 will be held, has now officially cancelled this year’s show. “During this time, we’ve had many discussions about what holding a convention could look like in light of all the health and safety considerations we’d want to make,” Blizzcon executive producer Saralyn Smith wrote. “We’ve also talked about different paths we could take, and how each one could be complicated by fluctuations in national and local health guidelines in the months ahead....
